Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original BATCH packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original state.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
